“Welcome HOME!”

young woman stands in front of the sea with her arms outstretched

We Love and Protect one Another fiercely and Do What needs to be Done to Ensure Our Safety.
When we are Sick, Hurt or in Danger, Someone will Be there, without hesitation to say ‘Welcome Home’ and help us back,
into the Circle of our Care.

Sometimes our ‘Family’ is made up of those not connected to us through Blood but through Shared experiences.

Family is Family.

How can I protect, if I am weak? How can I safeguard and provide safety for those I love and who Love me, if I am burdened with Disease and Illness?

Within my circumstances, I will do the best I can to be Available.
I will need a Plan.
I will need Willpower and Discipline.
I will Succeed.

The opportunity to Secure Good Health is Limited.
While there may be factors beyond our control however, there are always degrees of improvement available.
The real question is whether we take advantage of the opportunity.

If I am burdened by factors that may be within my control but I continually fail to make the change I need to, how can I give myself the mindset required to start?
It starts here.

See yourself in 8 weeks…. 12 weeks…. 6 months….24 months…. 7 years;
Ask “What will my Life Look Like then?”
Answer the question honestly.

The Life we often take for granted can be Lost in a Second.
In a Minute, we could lose our Mobility, our Independence.
Our Dignity.

What will You Do about it?

Some People mistakenly believe Material Wealth gives them Value.
They think such Value is what Determines Status and Prestige.
As a tool, it does ensure better living conditions and standards; It does create opportunities to have a multitude of experiences unavailable to those with less.
But it does not guarantee Life.

It does not guarantee Independence or Freedom or Mental Wellbeing.
It cannot buy Emotional Balance.
It cannot purchase true friendships or ensure healthy relationships.

A Healthy Lifestyle, within the limits of individual circumstance, can.
Like Material Wealth, it does ensure better living standards and also creates opportunities for experiences that those without it, cannot.
Unlike Material Wealth however, it is available to everyone.

The purpose of our website is to raise awareness of the availability of this, sometimes overlooked commodity.
A heart riddled with the diseases of over- indulgence, neglect and stressful abuse, no matter how many squillions of dollars it jealously hoards away, is poorer than the heart of a poor man who protects it from harm, as valiantly as he can.

Every person has in their possession, the ability to live a Healthy Lifestyle.
It does not require the regimented exercises or frugal and sometimes, unappealing food plans often cast in to the waves of the Internet Information Sea but it does require Self Discipline and Conditioning.
In that regard, we are all equal.

  1. Thank you for the informational videos they were very interesting with lots of useful information,
I do believe we take our health for granted until our health starts to fail us. Your website is a great
source of information for people who want to improve their health and help others as well,
thank you for sharing this information

    1. Thanks Jeff. You’re right, we do take it for granted. A little awareness is a good thing and I have noticed the change in dietary habits, less people choosing to use tobacco and instead, exercise more, as a good thing. Stress and anxiety is a big thing today so I commend your website in presenting real ways to lessen the load. Thanks again.

  2. Great content. For some reason a lot of people live life not paying attention to their health. By the they want to do something about it, it’s too late. Thank you for this. It’s a great message.

    1. Time is on our Side, sang the Rolling Stones. It’s how we use it that matters. Thanks for the comment.

  3. Thank you for this informative article. I myself witnessed a few you people in my nearest circle suffer from really bad health issues and there was nothing they could do. Their money was useless in this case. I truly believe that we should always look for the balance between money wealth, health wealth and relationships wealth.

Searching and chasing money just so you could be like an “animal” is not a way anyone should go in my opinion.

Your website is really dedicated to the great cause of balance between our goals and especially, keeping good health.

I will bookmark your website for future posts.

    Thank you.

    1. Yes, I think we all have suffered the reality of friends and family who neglected their health and chased the wealth, only to lose it all in the pursuit. I remember when my wife and I had nothing but a car, a one room crib and a boat. We had little money. But we fished and dived for our food, swam nearly every day, walked most places and ate from the garden we grew. Today, we have houses and land and cars and money. We eat from the supermarket and drive everywhere. But the passion to stay healthy is still there because we choose to eat as cleanly as possible and exercise (at the gym) as regularly as our 60+ year old bodies allow. Let’s keep the flame alive!

  4. I completely agree with what you’ve said above. People all too often become preoccupied with the opinion that success is defined by wealth.

  5. Yes! Yes! and Yes! This is exactly why I’m aiming to create a sustainable online business. Material wealth can not produce true happiness. Only having meaningful relationships, being helpful to others and leading a healthy lifestyle can. Unfortunately I’ve found the working life to be corrupt. Many people are there to get fame, money and prestige. Not to help others. I aim to earn enough income to get by, by helping people online. Then I will dedicate my life to helping animals and people less fortunate than I am. And spending time in nature. Nature is something we human apes have lost our connection with and I truly believe that is the reason for all the anxiety, depression and anger in the world these days.

    1. That is an admirable goal. I believe in Creation but from that foundation, I can agree that we have lost our connection to the planet and overstated our place within it. We are the greatest Destroyer ever seen but in the scheme of things, we are insignificant. I hope you achieve all you aim for. Thanks for your comments.

  6. Thank you for this article. It is a gentle reminder to take care of what really matters most, our health. It truly is our most valuable commodity as humans and we really shouldn’t neglect it. I have been guilty of taking my health for granted in the past but no longer. I have made the changes to eat clean healthy food and get regular exercise. It is time to be the healthiest me. I really enjoyed your interesting videos. They really helped get the message across.

    1. Yes Richard, our Health. If only our intention was as powerful as our Habit, we would accomplish so much more. Making the changes you have made shows intent with focus and I applaud your effort. Thanks for your thoughts.
